With the implementation of the ‘MEPS’ system, many manual processes have been significantly improved.
In particular, the real-time visibility of department-specific inventory,
including medical materials scattered across various departments, has been greatly enhanced.
Additionally, the introduction of e-procurement has streamlined communication with suppliers.
In the HR field, we can now conduct objective evaluations of employees' performance and capabilities.
Payroll calculation and processing for over 500 employees have become significantly faster,
while personal and sensitive information remains protected, allowing employees to easily request
and obtain necessary certificates whenever needed.
This has simultaneously improved employee satisfaction and reduced workload for the HR team.
The accounting department has also seen remarkable improvements, with 95% of voucher processing now automated.
Tasks such as managing corporate card usage, processing invoices, scheduling supplier payments,
and handling procurement and cost settlements
have all been streamlined. Predicting monthly expenses has become easier, improving cash flow management,
and the need to forward supporting documents to the finance team has been eliminated,
significantly reducing their workload
Among the most transformative changes introduced by the ‘MEPS’ system is the electronic approval system.
The ability to directly submit ERP-generated data for approval and reflect the results within the system has replaced the traditional,
in-person approval process, saving both time and procedural complexity.
Since adopting the ‘MEPS’ system, we have been able to manage staffing more efficiently through productivity analysis,
identify essential activities using quantified and visualized data, and accurately track the quantities of supplies used,
