Order Status Inquiry(GPO)
Provides an overview of hospital orders, allowing users to process purchase orders for direct delivery items and warehouse stock separately. Users can either place orders with vendors or allocate warehouse inventory to fulfill orders.
If ordered items are insufficient, a warehouse replenishment function is available to restock the required quantity.

Pick-Packing & Delivery
Manages the pick-packing process for warehouse inventory based on order quantities, allowing users to confirm the final pick-pack quantity according to stock availability. Users can specify the warehouse for shipment and set the requested delivery date.
If the warehouse stock is insufficient compared to the order quantity, on-demand purchasing can be processed to expedite order fulfillment.

Shipment Inspection
Handles the shipment and delivery of confirmed pick-packed orders to hospitals. A transaction statement is automatically generated upon shipment, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
Additionally, a cancellation function is available after pick-packing and shipment, allowing for more efficient order management.
